thai fish cakes
this kind of doesn't look appetizing here, but it was all kinds of yummy! recipe is courtesy of elana amsterdam from this book. i invented my own peanut sauce, which went something like this: peanut butter, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, salt, cayenne, green curry paste, fish sauce, agave nectar. i think that's it. don't ask me proportions...i didn't use measurements. just start throwing stuff in a sauce pan and cook it down while your cakes are sizzling.
