Ok, you missed the comment on your last entry - we need a spring RECIPE, not just a teasing photo.
No wonder they call it 'pound' cake ;)
anonymouse - this recipe came from none other than the classic Joy of Cooking book. :) so i didn't even bother typing it out. i do have some other recipes up my sleeve though, so hang on just a bit longer.
